At Tunkhannock, the Lackawanna Trail Lions notched a resounding 41-7 victory over the Tigers in the opening contest for both teams. Steve Jervis’s Lions managed to overcome an early mistake in the kicking game to reel off 41 unanswered points in notching their first victory of the season.
