Every week, we will highlight some of the best special teams performances from the WVC and LFC presented by Northeast Industries. Here is Week 10:
JACK FARRELL, Abington Heights
Farrell has been a reliable kicker for the Comets all season long. He has been consistent on extra points this season and has added a field goal to his resume. But he also bring value to the Abington Heights’ special teams as the long snapper on punts. The senior has been a huge factor in the Comets success in 2024.
COLIN MCGARVEY, Delaware Valley
The Warriors always have very good special teams and McGarvey is a big part of the return game. Last week Friday night, he fieled a punt and returned it 38 yards for touchdown in Delaware Valley’s win over Scranton.
JOHN TURNER, Wyoming Area
Turner has been an All-Division punter the past couple years and continues to be one of the best in the area. Last Friday, he punted three times for a 41 yard average including a punt that was downed at the 1 yardline.
