WEEK 14
Must-see: Four Footballs Rating

Northwestern Lehigh Tigers (13-0) vs. Scranton Prep Cavaliers (12-1)
Harman-Geist Memorial Field – Hazleton (Turf), Friday 7pm
PIAA Class 3A Quarterfinal
Series: Northwestern Lehigh 1-0
Last Meeting: 2023 – Northwestern Lehigh 27-6
Last Week: Northwestern Lehigh 49, Conwell-Eagn 7; Scranton Prep 28, Wyoming Area 6
Players To Watch
Northwestern Lehigh: RB Eli Zimmerman; Scranton Prep: OL Ambrose Rossi
The Skinny: Prep will run into arguably the best Class 3A team in the state for the second straight year. The Cavaliers are going to have to play perfect football to beat the Tigers. Northwestern Lehigh was able to win the battle up front in 2023 and Scranton Prep is not 100% healthy in that area. It’s going to take a monumental effort for the Cavs to pull the upset.
Key Matchups: NW Lehigh offensive line vs. Scranton Prep linebackers
Favorite: Northwestern Lehigh by 13
State Playoffs: Winner plays either Bermudian Springs or Danville
Williams Valley Vikings (12-1) vs. Riverside Vikings (12-1)
Crispin Field – Berwick (Turf), Friday 7pm
PIAA Class 2A Quarterfinals
Series: First Meeting
Last Week: Williams Valley 28, Schuylkill Haven 13; Riverside 17, Lansdale Catholic 7
Players To Watch
Williams Valley: LB Skylor Green; Riverside: LB Richie Kostoff
The Skinny: The Vikings won their first state playoff game since 2010 when they made a trip to the PIAA state semifinal game that season. To stay on path for another possible trip to that game, they will have to deal with another Vikings team. Williams Valley had one obstacle in the regular season and won the rematch last week. Expect the defenses to rule this game.
Key Matchups: Williams Valley secondary vs. Riverside wide receivers
Favorite: Riverside by 4
State Playoffs: Winner plays either Troy or Bedford
