Every week, we will highlight some of the best special teams performances from the WVC and LFC presented by Figliomeni Pharmacy Care. Here is Week 9:

LIAM BARRETT, Scranton Prep
Barrett continues to be one of the more dangerous return men in the LFC. He returned a punt 46 yards for a touchdown. He is an important member of all three phases of the game for the Cavaliers although special teams stands out.

Cwalinski, who has been handling kickoffs, took over the placekicking duties and went 4 for 4 in extra points and also booted a 34-yard field goal in the Cougars win over Wallenpaupack. He adds the kicking to his role as a linebacker and quarterback for Valley view

SEAN DWYER, Lackawanna Trail
After returning a kickoff for a touchdown earlier this season, Dwyer returned a punt 53 yards for a touchdown in the Lions latest victory. The sophomore is just another weapon for Trail who can come at you with many different options.

Honorable Mention: Casey O’Brien, Riverside – blocked punt (4th blocked kick in 2023); PK Connor Poole, Williamsport – 45-yd game-winning field goal; LS Vinny Baldini, Western Wayne – 5 perfect snaps; PK Santino D’Amico, Riverside – 6 for 6 extra points, 23-yd field goal; PK Brady Mapes, North Pocono – 38-yd field goal
