  2. Wallenpaupack (9-4) – Buckhorns lose big in 5A playoffs, but gave Valley View one of its toughest games of the year. Last Week: 3, Season Complete
  3. Delaware Valley (9-4) – Warriors bounced back nicely in the second half of the season, but couldn’t keep up with State College. Last Week: 4, Next Game: Season Complete
  4. Dallas (11-2) – Mounts only lost to one team all season and it was the best team. But the games weren’t really close. Last Week: 2, Next Game: Season Complete
  5. Berwick (9-3) –  Dawgs will bring back a strong defense in 2019. Last Week: 5, Next Game: Season Complete
  6. Hazleton Area (6-6) –  Cougars biggest win of the season was beating Williamsport in subregional  Last Week: 6, Next Game: Season Complete

SMALL SCHOOL

  1. Scranton Prep (12-1) – Cavaliers will try to get more than one PIAA playoff win this year and Middletown, the team that has ended their season the last two seasons, awaits in the state semifinals. Last Week: 1, Next Game: vs. Montoursville (11-2)
  2. Lakeland (9-4) – Chiefs kept it close early in Jeff Wasilchak’s last game as head coach. Last Week: 2, Next Game: Season Complete 
  3. Lackawanna Trail (11-1) – Lions run all over Tri-Valley and look to be a favorite to get to Hershey  Last Week: 5, Next Game: vs. Halifax (11-1)
  4. Dunmore (9-4) – Not enough offense for the Bucks to get to the next round.   Last Week: 3, Next Game: Season Complete
  5. Wyoming Area (11-1) – Warriors were the class of the WVC but the LFC ends their season. Last Week: 4, Next Game: Season Complete
  6. Western Wayne (6-6) – Randy Wolff has this program headed in right direction. Last Week: 6, Next Game: Season Complete
