Donny Blaine was a four-year starter at quarterback for the Trojans and led North Pocono to the District 2 Class 4A title his sophomore season. He threw for over 5,000 yards and 46 touchdown passes. Blaine also rushed for another 18 touchdowns over his career. He was a captain his senior season and is North Pocono’s all-time leading passer.
Blaine was named the 2018 NPF Lackawanna Football Conference Division I Offense Player of the Year and first-team quarterback. Blaine was named an Honorable Mention quarterback on the EasternPAFootball.com all-star team. He played in the 2018 Dream Game and continued his playing career at Division 2 Kutztown University where he was redshirt his freshman season.
