Former G.A.R. coach Paul Wiedlich on Maurent: “It truly was a pleasure to coach Anthony. He was a game changer every time he touched the ball. He had a great 1st step and unmatchable speed within the any division of the Wyoming Valley Conference and District 2. For him to have 8 touchdowns in a game is simply amazing. It didn’t matter if he was on offense, defense, or special teams, the opposition had to know where Anthony was at all times.”
