WILLIAMSPORT 28, WILKES-BARRE 21

Williamsport held off a late Wilkes-Barre rally Friday night, recovering a fumble near the goal line in the final minutes to secure a 28–21 win at Wolfpack Stadium.

The Millionaires closed the regular season with a key victory that earns them a .500 season and home playoff game next week,

Quarterback Tevin Williams threw three first-half touchdown passes — a 13-yarder to James Naughton, a 49-yarder to Kason Ulmer, and a 45-yarder to Giovanni White — to give Williamsport a 21–14 halftime lead.

The Wolfpack matched the Millionaires early as Kevon Creech scored twice, first on a three-yard run and then on a 25-yard pass from Jake Howe.

Williams added a one-yard sneak in the fourth quarter which ended up being the game-winning score. The Wolfpack drove inside the Williamsport 20 late, but a fumble near the end zone ended the threat.

Williamsport recovered for a touchback and ran out the clock to seal the win.
