MONTGOMERY 57,  HOLY REDEEMER 6

Montgomery dominated from start to finish Friday night, defeating Holy Redeemer, 57–6, at the Montgomery Area Sports Complex.

The Red Raiders jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, fueled by a relentless ground game. Trace Furman rushed for 114 yards and two touchdowns on just four carries, while Josh Knoebel added 104 yards and two scores on 13 carries. Quarterback Parker Persing contributed 72 rushing yards and a touchdown, efficiently directing the offense.

Montgomery’s defense was equally sharp, forcing multiple turnovers and holding the Royals to one score. Holy Redeemer’s lone touchdown came early in the second quarter before the Red Raiders answered with three straight drives to put the game out of reach.

By the fourth quarter, reserves finished off the win as Montgomery improved its playoff positioning with one of its most complete efforts of the season.
