DELAWARE VALLEY 40, LUTHERAN 32

Mike Iuzzolino ran for three touchdowns and returned a kickoff for another as the Warriors won their third straight game defeating Lutheran 40-32 on Long Island on Saturday.

The game was a back and forth shootout with Logan Olsommer starting the scoring with a 1-yd run and an 8-0 Delaware Valley  lead.

With kicker Regan Decker unavailable, Delaware Valley converted all five two-point conversions after touchdowns which was the difference in the game as both teams scored five touchdowns on the afternoon.

Both teams alternated scores the rest of the game, and DV never trailed.

Peyton Robinson threw three touchdown passes and ran for another for the Crusaders.

Iuzzolino scored on three short touchdown runs before capping his day off with a 90-yard kickoff return for the Warriors.

Delaware Valley (3-4 overall, 2-1) will be back in LFC Division I action when they travel to Valley View.
