Every week, we will highlight some of the best special teams performances from the WVC and LFC presented by Figliomeni Pharmacy Care. Here is Week 3:
PAIGE ADAMS, Tunkhannock
The Tigers offense had a big first half with five touchdowns and Adams made sure every point counted. She was five for five in extra points and has already shown to be a reliable kicker for Tunkhannock.
CAMERON HEDGELON, Honesdale
The Hornets are off to tough start, but Hedgelon has been a bright spot with his speed and athleticism. He broke four tackles and raced to an 85-yard kickoff return. Hedgelon has also made an impact on offense and defense as well.
CARTER MITISHIN, Western Wayne
Besides being a bruising fullback and tough linebacker, Mitishin has also made his mark as the Wildcats kicker. He was a perfect 6 for 6 last Friday and also kicked two touchbacks.
