Class 6A– Hazleton Area, Wilkes-Barre, Williamsport (District 4 but WVC)
Class 5A – Abington Heights, Delaware Valley (moved from 6A), Pittston Area (moved from 4A), Scranton (moved from 6A), West Scranton (moved from 4A), Wyoming Valley West
Class 4A – Berwick, Crestwood, Dallas, Honesdale, Nanticoke (moved from 3A), North Pocono, Tunkhannock, Valley View, Wallenpaupack, Wyoming Area (moved from 3A)
Class 3A – Carbondale Area, Hanover Area, Lake Lehman, Montrose (moved from 4A), Scranton Prep, Western Wayne
Class 2A – Dunmore, Holy Cross (moved from 1A), Holy Redeemer (moved from 3A), Lakeland (moved from 3A), Mid Valley (moved from 3A), Riverside, Susquehanna
Class 1A – Old Forge, Lackawanna Trail (moved from 2A)
