  1. Valley View Cougars (5-0), defeated West Scranton 48-0 (Last week: 1)
    Valley View scored 35 in the first quarter this past Friday and have outscored their opponents 210-34. The schedule will start to get tougher in the second half of the season.
    Next up: vs. Crestwood (1-4) (Watch on NPF)
  2. North Pocono Trojans (4-1), defeated Wallenpaupack 13-6 (Last week: 4)
    Some will question their schedule but wins are wins. The defense has been very good and they are the only other Big School with four or more wins.
    Next up: at Abington Heights (1-4) (Listen on NPF)
  3. Hazleton Area Cougars (3-2), defeated Dallas 28-21 OT (Last week: 6)
    Amazing comeback by the Cougars. Huge road win for a team that is getting better every week. The offensive line is starting to get which will make the established skill players more effective.

  4. Dallas Mountaineers (2-2), lost to Hazleton Area 28-21 OT (Last week: 2)
    The Mounts wish they could get that one back as their 2-game winning streak ends. Dallas offense needs to be more consistent and also find a running game.
    Next up: at Williamsport (3-2)
  5. Delaware Valley Warriors (2-3), defeated Abington Heights 39-7 (Last week: NR)
    The Warriors are starting to look like the DV we are used to seeing. Remember, their three losses came to state-ranked teams.

  6. Wyoming Valley West Spartans (3-2), defeated Tunkhannock 20-15 (Last week: NR)
    Spartans seem to play close games no matter the opponent. But they are winning enough to make the playoffs right now.

  1. Scranton Prep Cavaliers (4-0), defeated Western Wayne 41-14 (Last week: 1)
    London Montgomery continues to run all over everyone. Nobody has an answer on defense and the Prep defense is solid as well.

  2. Wyoming Area Warriors (4-1), defeated Crestwood 27-0 (Last week: 2)
    The defense made a statement with a shutout on the road. They avenged a 1-point loss to Crestwood from last season.

  3. Old Forge Blue Devils (4-0), defeated Montrose 1-0 (forfeit) (Last week: 3)
    It’s been awhile since Old Forge has played. Will have to get things going this week to shake off the rust.

  4. Lakeland Chiefs (5-0), defeated Carbondale Area 33-14 (Last week: 4)
    Lakeland continues to win and this week will tell us where they are on the Class 3A hierarchy. Regular season winning streak is now at 10 games.

  5. Lackawanna Trail Lions (4-1), defeated Holy Redeemer 60-27 (Last week: 6)
    Trail puts up over 400 yards rushing and 60 points. The offense is developing into one of the most efficient in the LFC.

  6. Mid Valley Spartans (4-1), defeated Holy Cross 42-6 (Last week: NR)
    Mid Valley makes their debut in the Super Six as they keep rolling over inferior opponents. Second half schedule will be more challenging.
