Here are the 2021 LFC Division III All-Stars presented by Motorworld. The list is compiled by feedback from the division coaches and NPF Staff.

OFFENSE PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Dominico Spataro, Jr. – Lakeland
Spataro elevated his game in 2021 after an oustanding sophomore season. He made plays both in the running game and passing game rushing for 820 yards and 15 touchdowns while throwing for 2,254 yards and 25 passing touchdowns. He led District 2 in passing yards and passing touchdowns and led the Chiefs to a second straight division title and a district playoff win. Spataro was also a standout defensive back for Lakeland.

DEFENSE PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Lacota Dippre, Jr. – Lakeland
The name Dippre is no stranger to this award as Lacota follows in his brother C.J.’s footsteps who won it the previous two seasons. Dippre was dominant on the defensive side of the ball recording 65 Total Tackles, 25 Tackles for a loss, 9 Sacks, 10 quarterback hurries, 1 Interception and an INT return for a TD,  2 Forced Fumbles and 5 Fumble Recoveries. Dippre did all of this will being double-teamed on many occasions. He also led District 2 tight ends in receiving on the offensive side of the football.

LINEMAN OF THE YEAR
Josh Angelo, Sr. – Mid Valley

In order to compete in this division, you need to be good up front and one of the reasons for the Mid Valley resurgence on both sides of line was the leadership and play of Angelo. On offense, he was a punishing rush blocker that paved the way for the best running game in the division. He was equally up to the task in pass protection. Angelo faced double-teams frequently on defense and still ended up with 40 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, 6 sacks, 10 QB pressures and 2 fumble recoveries.

COACH OF THE YEAR
Stan Yanoski – Mid Valley
Mid Valley went from 1 win to 9 wins including a district playoff win as it was one of the biggest turnarounds in District 2. Coach Yanoski was instrumental in the results as he took a good group of seniors and got the most out of them. The Spartans got key wins over Dunmore and district champ Lackawanna Trail. They also gave Old Forge it’s toughest game of the regular season.
