Williamsport has lost it’s last two games by a total of 12 points. DV is on a three-game winning streak after opening the season at 0-3.
Favorite: Delaware Valley by 6

Players to Watch
QB Matt Lonczyinski; Valley West: RB Isaiah Cobb
The Skinny: This game goes from Friday Night Lights to meeting at High Noon. Berwick with two impressive victories the last two weeks as the defense continues to play well. Spartans want to bounce back as the inability to convert PATs last week helped contribute to their loss to rival Wilkes-Barre.
Favorite: Valley West by 3

The Skinny: Lakeland suffered their first loss of the season as a ball was picked off to seal their fate. Western Wayne is fighting for respect as they broke their ‘three’-game losing streak. It will be the high-flying passing game of the Chiefs vs. the ground attack of the Wildcats.
Favorite: Western Wayne by 1

Old Forge Blue Devils (5-0) at Riverside Vikings (2-4)

Taylor Veterans Memorial Stadium (Grass), Friday 7pm – Media: NEPAFootball.com

The Skinny: The Blue Devils finally returned to the field last Friday after a two-week hiatus and looked like they never had time off. The Vikings played their best game of the season against Mid Valley and almost pulled off the road upset. Riverside will need everything to bounce their way to stay in this one.
Favorite: Old Forge by 20

Players To Watch
Lake-Lehman: RB Colby Roberts; Wyoming Area: RB/QB Leo Haros
The Skinny: Wyoming Area has dominated this series over time, but Lake-Lehman won big last year and has been very competitive over the last decade. The Black Knights now have five games under their belt after losing a big senior class. The question for the Warriors is the condition of QB Blaise Sokach-Minnick who has been a big contributor this season on offense.
Favorite: Wyoming Area by 16

Dallas Mountaineers (3-2) at Pittston Area Patriots (2-4)

Charlie Trippi Stadium (Grass), Friday, 7pm

Players To Watch
Dallas: WR Rocco Ormando; Pittston Area: WR Kevin Lockett
The Skinny: Pittston wants to pull a program-changing upset and this is their chance. Dallas seems to play close games with everyone. If the Patriots can run the ball like they have in recent weeks, it gives them a chance. The Mounts would like to find a more effective running game to balance a very good passing game.

The Skinny: The Knights have a two-game winning streak and can push themselves towards a home game for districts. The Cougars played Delaware Valley tough last week in a defensive battle and have been getting better each week, especially up front. This one should be high-scoring and exciting.

Valley View: QB Dominic Memo; Wallenpaupack: WR T.J. Schmalze
The Skinny: The Cougars got devastating news as QB Adam Howanitz is out for the season. However, Valley View is still the favorite as their defense has allowed only an average of 6.8 points per game. Paupack needs to find their running game again and VV did give up a 100-yard rusher last week.

Players To Watch
Holy Redeemer:
QB Jacob Hunter; Hanover Area: OL Xavier Ankner
The Skinny: Another battle between struggling teams that somebody has to win. The Royals have a great passing game but not much else. Hanover has trouble scoring points this season so will have to find a way to get their offense going.
Favorite: Hanover Area by 5

Players To Watch
Montrose: QB Gus Brown; Nanticoke: RB Zach Fox
The Skinny: Montrose has been off a couple weeks while Nanticoke is looking for a way to score even though they are running the ball well. This might be the best chance for Meteors win this season and Trojans don’t want to be the team that loses to them.
Favorite: Nanticoke by 20
