Here are the NPF All-District 2 All-Stars. These are selected based on coaches, NPF staff and local media feedback. Players can only be named once in the All-District team. Players from all 34  District 2 teams are eligible.

OFFENSE PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Dominic DeLuca, Sr. – Wyoming Area
There were a handful of players who could have won this award, but DeLuca made big plays when big plays needed to make including the state championship game. If NPF had an MVP award, he would have probably taken that as well as he did it all on offense, defense and special teams. His recent run of success is getting colleges interested as he received his first Division I offer from Villanova.

DEFENSE PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Teagan Wilk, Sr. – Berwick
Wilk finished his oustanding career with 27 career interceptions including 8 in 2019. He was a heavy hitter from the secondary and always seems to be around the ball whether it was a run or pass. Wilk will play at the next level at East Carolina.

LINEMAN OF THE YEAR
Taylor Bolesta, Sr. – Dallas
Dallas argubly had the best offensive line in the district and the defensive line was right there too. Bolesta was dominant on both sides of the ball and a big reason the Mounts made it to Hershey. He has several Division I schools taking a look at him.

COACH OF THE YEAR
Randy Spencer – Wyoming Area
Spencer did something a District 2 coach had not done since 1997 – bring the gold home from Hershey. It was a great run for the Warriors as Spencer took a mix of veteran skill players and talented underclassmen up front. It was a long time coming for Wyoming Area who had never won a state title in any sport.
