Here are the Super Six Rankings after Week 4:

BIG SCHOOL

  1. Valley View (4-0) – The Cougars just keep dominating up front and need one more win to get to the showdown with Berwick.  Next Game: vs Honesdale (1-3)
  2. Berwick (4-0) – It will be the third of three straight road games for the Dawgs and they have handled the first two fairly easily. Last Week: 2, Next Game: at Selinsgrove (2-2)
  3. Dallas (4-0) – Congrats to the schedule makers for scheduling the top three teams in basically a round-robin. Mounts won’t see Valley View or Berwick until late in the season. Last Week: 3, Next Game: vs. Wyoming Valley West (3-1)
  4. West Scranton (2-2) – The Invaders knock Lakeland from the ranks of the unbeaten. Schedule doesn’t get an easier for West. Last Week: 5, Next Game: at Scranton Prep (3-1).
  5. North Pocono (3-1) –  A slow start for the Trojans this past Saturday, but the winning streak is now three. Last Week: NR, Next Game: vs. Delaware Valley (2-2)
  6. Wyoming Valley West (3-1) –  The Spartans couldn’t keep up with one of the area’s unbeatens, but they will get another shot this week.   Last Week: 4, Next Game: at Dallas (4-0)

DROPPED OUT: None

SMALL SCHOOL

  1. Scranton Prep (3-1) – Prep’s winning streak is over, but it took one of the best 4A teams in the state to do it. They still are the favorite.   Last Week: 1, Next Game: vs West Scranton (3-0)
  2. Wyoming Area (4-0) -A slow start for the Warriors ended up being another blowout win.   Last Week: 2, Next Game: at G.A.R. (1-3) 
  3. Lakeland (3-1) – A loss by a touchdown to a ranked 4A school will help the Chiefs down the road.  Last Week: 4, Next Game: vs West Scranton (1-2)
  4. Western Wayne (3-1) – No problem for the Cats whose second half of their schedule will get any easier. Last Week: 5, Next Game: at Nanticoke (2-2)
  5. Lackawanna Trail (4-0) – A huge win for Steve Jervis’ program as they finally solved Dunmore.  Last Week: 6, Next Game: vs. Carbondale Area (0-4)
  6. Old Forge (3-1) – Blue Devils jump back into the rankings as the lines are starting to get better.  Last Week: NR. Next Game:vs Holy Cross (2-2)
